Established in 1995, The Coast Housing Society on the Sunshine Coast, British Columbia manages the Mountainview Court in Sechelt.
Our townhouse complex has a mix of one, two and three bedroom units for low to moderate income individuals and families. Low and Moderate Income limits are set by BC Housing annually. You can find this information on their website at www.bchousing.org.
